Reporting a claim of infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative of a copyright owner and believe that material indexed on this site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice via the Contact page containing the following information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is acceptable.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on this site where it appears, with enough detail to allow us to locate it.
- Contact information sufficient for us to reach you, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Response
Upon receipt of a valid notice of claimed infringement, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the specific material identified. We may also terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the ability of users or third parties who are repeat infringers to post content or to link via this site.
Counter-notification
If you believe that material that was removed is not infringing, or that you have the right to post and use it, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). False statements in a counter-notification may result in legal liability.
Designated agent
All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be submitted via the Contact page. Notices that do not include all required elements will not be actionable.
False claims
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
